Carrie is a Self-EmPOWERment Mentor who helps people re-connect with themselves, find their personal power and make positive, lasting changes. Carrie believes transformation starts within and the key is self-love, also described as high self-esteem and confidence. As a Licenscd Heal Your Life Teacher and Coach, her programs and services are based on the philosophy of Louise Hay, a pioneer in the field of self-empowerment, self-esteem, self-worth and self-love. Carrie facilitates workshops, provides one-on-one coaching services and does guest speaking.

Prior to starting Inner Bloom, Carrie spent more than twenty years in post-secondary education as a senior administrator, teacher and facilitator. She has a Certificate in Adult Education from Brock University and Humber College. She also completed the YWCA Life Skills Coaching program.

Discover your life purpose so you can live your magnificence;

Bio: American-Canadian from Toledo WA (100 miles south of Seattle;), born third eldest of 13 children of medical family; immigrated to Canada in the early 1970’s with 2 preschool sons. Blended family of 4 grown sons, 2 grandchildren. Lives with husband Alan in Wilmot Creek Adult Lifestyle Community, Newcastle ON. Enjoys golf, choral singing, reading, researching family tree.
